It's the theme song from the legendary 仁義なき戦い series which retells the somewhat romanticized stories of real yakuza members and groups. All of them are translated under the name "The Yakuza Papers" and are an incredibly great watch.
Fun fact: The GioGio PS2 game was actually planned to release overseas, but got cancelled for unknown reasons. A possible reason is because JoJo use real life Western songs, artists to name the characters and Stands, they faced with copyright threat from Prince's lawyers since Gold Experience is named after Prince's song, that's why in the current jojo anime and Jojo games the localizers/subbers use localized name to prevent from the copyright issues.

The term "Golden Age" comes from a Greek poem from 700AD called Works and Days. In it man lived through 5 ages, with the first being the Golden Age which was a perfect society without violence or want.
theres many golden ages from different cultures and points in time, not just the greek one. as the ships show when i say it, i was referring to the golden age by way of the dutch east india company, which was bad.
@@thorhighheels I see, I've already heard people from most European country refer to colonialism as the "golden age" but its usually to say that it was a good period for the country (or company) growth and economics. That said it can also mean a lot of things like refer to the age (people over 50yo are often said to be in their golden age) and even if its used to describe an effect of colonialism I find it weird to stop using the term just because of its affiliation, if people used the term "positive era" instead of "golden age" would you stop using the words positive era for exemple ? After all golden age can just be used to describe a period of time you find close to perfect so of course people that loved colonialism for some reason will use the term but its not an issue with the words or the concept in itself. Like you said there can be a lot of golden age be it for movies music genre...people can link it with basically anything so I don't see why it would automatically be linked to colonialism. And you're saying theres many golden age not only the greek one but thats not really the issue here, first there wasn't even a greek golden age, its just where the term comes from and that's why its important, its basically an idea/concept first and wasn't really linked to anything and then people started to use it to reference different periods in time, the origin of words or concept is always what matter the most, not how people use it. That said I'm not Dutch and if this is really used a lot over there in this way then I can understand why using it may sound weird.

I grew up seeing the progression from NES, to SNES, (stick Gameboy, Game Gear, etc handhelds in here) Sega, Playstion 1/2/3, the original Xbox, 360, XB1 and PS4, and finally a great gaming PC. I had a pretty long Golden Age.
I love your videos so much ... Ima fall asleep watching this .. Then watch it again when i wake uo to see what i miss
Love your videos so much man. Thanks for the good times.
Thanks for the vids. I'm homeless in Montreal and your vids bring up my day
Jogo and shitstorm in the same sentence? You're breakin my heart ova here! Great uploads, by the way. Rarely does anyone ever dive into the old unknown, opting rather to follow trends. Props.
The more obscure, the better!

Argh Kenka Banchou.
I will forever be salty no one ever brought over the first two titles...and that Atlus expected for a frigging PSP game only released in the USA to sell well.

Btw you're a top 10 youtuber for me, all I can remember on this list right now tho is you and Internet Historian. Others are more like top 100 that I'm recalling.
Maybe I'm alone but as someone really into music theory, I'd love for you to to go into the deeper music theory in your vids. I know that's a niche target audience tho, so I can understand the omission. Love the content.
"Electronic music with jazzy ambitions" is Deep House music, and that's a great way to describe it.
your videos comfort me bro
24:20 Wait, this game has a built in juvenile delinquent jargon dictionary? This here folks is why Japan makes the best games
@ThorHighHeels Man I gotta say that soundtrack of yours in the video is pretty sweet, i make HipHop music and i'm into some of that Lofi, Garage beat instrumental shit. Def a thumbs up and kudos to you sir.
38 minutes of weird or unique games by Thor is all i need to power through another month.
