My boxer grabs the hose and chases us with it in his mouth. Too cute. What’s funny is telling him to “catch a snow ball” and it lands in the snow. Spends a long time trying to find out where it went. !!!😀

I have 2 boxers and they are the best dogs ever. Loyal, protectors and lovers until the end. I've had 4 and I'm not sure how I could live without one! :)

AmyBaby 3 we can't have a boxer. Our whole home is a 14 feet by 48 feet 2 bedroom mobile home. Wife stands 4 feet 10 inches tall. Her bones are so small her ring finger is a size 3 1/4. Her spinal problems limits her mobility and lifting to about 10 pounds. We now have a 5 month old Chihuahua puppy named Jinger.

My boy is afraid of everything but the one thing that actually poses a threat, other big dogs. No fear of them whatsoever.
My nephew's Boxers knew the word "Park" meant they were going to go for a walk.So I would occasionally test them by inserting "Park" randomly into a conversation I was having with my nephew while watching them out of the corner of my eye. The second they heard "park" their ears would perk up and they would start wagging their tails.

We can't say the word "Walk" to our Boxer.. she'll not rest until she gets to go for a walk. When thinking/deciding about taking her for a walk..we have to spell out the word W a l k..but she still looks up with the letter "W" is spoken

Another upside to boxers: toys for them are really, really cheap.

Some of these videos don’t do boxers any justice concerning their amazing athletic abilities and how they will only show you a small example of what they really can physically do when properly motivated, for example my first boxer was a white female a perfect brindle mask , she was tall , thin , and ripped like I have never seen before on a dog. She had very little body fat and loved to exercise but at her pace not mine . I took her running with me one night around the track but kept her on the leash since two other people were there , well she didn’t want to exercise so she would run slow , cut me off almost trying to trip me so I put her in the center of the track and hooker her leash up to the pole so she wouldn’t chase me or another animal . I told her this is the last time I’m bringing you running with me so she started talking back , turning her head away from me , and ignored me for the rest of the night , she didn’t even sleep in her bed next to mine she slept in the bathroom in my bedroom. The next morning I get up and we are friends again so we do are regular thing I took her for two walks that day and later that night I went running well she thought she was going but we argued at the door with her stomping her feet up and down making her point known all the while whining about how unfair it is and she is the most abused dog on the block . So I give in and she gets in the car we drive to the track and it’s crowded with a few other dogs there , we got on the track and she ran next to me for the whole 3 miles step by step never left my side and showed no interest in the other dogs so I took her off of her leash and she was a perfect running mate from then on . She must of known she messed up the other night and straightened her shit out because she always wanted to go with me everywhere and for the most part she did something’s in places she wasn’t allowed but we either snuck in or we lied and I pretended to be legally blind and we even ended up buying the vest and white cane . She loved that vest so much that I think she thought it was related to her going with me so she was always getting it and dropping it at my feet
