I have a 3100 has the same display when I try to regen it it says it has to do a test and if it needs it it will go into regen mode. I haven't been able to force it does that one do the same. I have a Maxforce 13
Hello, you never mentioned when to on ignition and off. users manual it says to do scanning while ignition is turned off, but you are doing it with your engine running

I bought this scan tool after watching your video. Two tri-axes Peter-built with Packard motors were past the point of a normal Regen.This scanner didn't work. Six different truck centers said it has to go back to the dealership because they have a secret code? WTF am I doing wrong. 2019 bought new. Have one Freightliner with detroit 2021 and three Westernstar with cummings. I have three more weeks to return for a full refund from amazon. I'm getting real frustrated with this. Was even going to buy the printer.

To regen a truck that is past the 3rd zone the codes have to cleared before the truck can be regen, there is times the soot level possibly the ash level maybe to high and the dpf may have to be cleaned….ruclips.net/user/shortsadRDS8gyWuw?feature=share
What codes do you have there are codes that I’ll lock out any unit including jpro from initiating a regen and honestly these folks have the best prices on these tools
So I used to work at peterbilt. Paccar is the sneakiest company I've ever seen. They have codes that only davie4, their software, can clear. That isn't supposed to be a thing. To be fair, it only happens when things don't get fixed for a long time. Truth is, you're going to have to spend some money at the dealer, or someone with legit davie4 software. Then you'll be able to keep an eye on any and all codes that come up, and deal with them as soon as you can, otherwise it'll lock you out again

Maxforce 13 force regen, you should buy HD3100Pro, not HD3100.

No, I just connect the engine. Please fellow the users manual.

On my truck I had to turn the key to KOEO. The instructions are not the best
