This could have been a beautiful pond as well. Thanks Julia!
Good idea!
Jumping in... o yay that'd be me!

Incredibly beautiful, Julia ❤
:)
Lol! I just started watching, and omgoodness, what you said about just jumping in and not planning the best way to do it, is so like me lol, made me laugh. Thanks. I just love how real you are. Lovely painting, too:) I love how you see what paintings need & share that process
Thank you Linda, very appreciated!
Love this and you paint the best skies! Thanks Julia 😊❤
Thanks Linda!

Thanks Mary!
Very beautiful work!👏👏
Thank you!
Lovely!
:)
Wonderful, thank you!
:)
Really lovely, atmospheric painting, it all works so well.
I wouldn't call it an abstract tho, as there are recognisable objects in the painting such as grass, trees and, especially, the fence. Abstract is defined by having no recognisable objects.
I guess that's true - but this is abstract for me since I usually hyper focus on every detail haha
@@JuliaLisArt fair enough 🌷
You make me giggle.🤭 So how did you figure out your sour dough starter and who knew what with your cookies?? 🤷 😂😂
Love this painting, too!🥰
Loved this one and will give it a go this week. I have a question: Where your background trees bleed into the yellow at the horizon line, would you want that to happen? I mean, I know it is abstract, but my eye kept looking at those little webby lines and I wondered how to soften them without making it a harsh dividing line. I know if I tried to do something with them I would totally ruin the look. It is a lovely painting with them, though, so maybe my question shouldn't even be asked! LOL. Have a great day!
I'm trying my best to be more loose with my paintings rather than hypofocusing on every detail - it's very challenging haha
🎨👋🏻👋🏻✨
What are the Grabie paints you're using!😊
Link is in the description!
@@JuliaLisArt I have those. I'll have to try the light over dark with more concentrated pigment. Thanks, Julia! 🩵
