Try changing the configuration step from 9 to 10. In the clock mode, press and hold "MEMO" + "M-" (press both buttons at the same time). After about three seconds, “9 kHz” (or 10) appears on the display. Use the "TUN +" or "TUN-" buttons to change the value. Hello, sir. I think you can change your MW tuning step from 9KHz to 10KHz and vice-versa by pressing few buttons steps. My radio like that has changeable MW tuning step.
10kHz (US) modification avalible on aliexpress. Universal (9/10) N/A. It's not good, but... It's 8-9$ chineese toy. Universal analog on SI chipset(like TECSUN PL-606) start on 30$. sparkdetect 9 kHz MW for Guam and Saipan. Sell that radio to Guamanian and Saipanese customers on Letgo. Lol.
sparkdetect 9 kHz is still used in Guam due to 1975 Geneva protocol instead of using 10 kHz.
