- The UW Band plays their Phantom of The Opera show at halftime of the WI vs. BYU game at Camp Randall Stadium on 11/9/2013.
Wisconsin went on to win the game 27-17.

I agree. Also, they need another first bassoon, they should get a player with tone. And that third trombone has to go! The man could not be deafer so please preferably one who plays in tune!
I'm glad they don't have chorus members, cause if so, some of them would probably need sacked.

Kinda cool, but sounds terrible. But that could be the camera who films its fault.
It was most likely echoes that made it sound bad or where the camera is. Most marching band shows sound better in person than on video. But in my opinion they could’ve used less brass and more woodwinds.
Forgive me if I'm wrong but I don't think that is a correct form of marking time. Unless it's some sort of visual...
Dark Walls actually they naturally mark time and march like that, it’s pretty neat, my band director was in this band once and he said it was super hard, they called themselves TBDBITL which stands for The Best Damn Band In The Land, it’s just their neat way of marching :)

you can hear alot of people overplaying and blowing through rests. too loud and not very musical
It could have also been the echo of the stadium. In the begginging of the video the man talking in the screen's voice echoed a lot throughout the stadium.
+Owen Loney actually they play it perfect I have personally been to camp randall stadium and it sounds like that due to the camera used his seating and the echo sounds much better in person and up close

Drummers like rather stupid trying to high step with a drummer that goes down to your knees. You have nowhere for your knees to go.
