Man, my last long haul flight was well before the pandemic. I flew Etihad from Boston to Abu Dhabi and Etihad again from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai. Overall, it was a great experience. Can't wait to fly with them again.
Iberia would be my ideal first choice re flying across the atlantic,awesome 10/10 airline👍and thanks for posting your flight report a 10/10 rating for you too dude👍

Thanks! It’s due to German/ European privacy and data protection laws. As we‘re from Germany and this RUclips channel/ the business behind it is therefore registered in Germany we have to abide to them. In most European countries it is illegal by law to publish persons/ faces without their consent in media (exceptions apply). KLM, the airline from the Netherlands for example,has by default in their welcome-on-board announcement the sentence that photographs of crew or passengers are not allowed without official permission. We also were threatened with a lawyer and legal actions recently as someone recognized himself in one of our old videos and didn't want to be on RUclips, so we had to delete the video to avoid high fines. That’s why we try to blurr highly visible faces, even if blurring is super elaborate and costs at least 2h extra during editing.
Thanks. Flights from Spain to the US are often very cheap (below 200€ roundtrip). However this is extraordinary cheap, of course. In this specific case A travel newsletter notified me about this cheap ticket.
Thanks for sharing. The food looks awful considering Spain has some great cuisine. And a small mandarin for the pre-landing meal is very cheap! I probably won’t fly Iberia if this is how bad the food is. Did you enjoy it?

I flew this same flight back in the summer of '21, almost nobody on board. We all had rows to ourselves and could lay flat. To this day I'm surprised they ran the flight! Especially with the an A330, guessing they needed the seats for the return trip. An A321LR would have done the trick if one were available...

I have to say, meals on IBERIA long-haul flights could be better. I use to be so starved on a 13.5 hours flight from PVG to MAD.

Do you go through immigration when flying out of Madrid, Spain regardless of the country of destination?
It depends on country you are traveling to. If you‘re traveling to a country in the Schengen area you don‘t go through immigration.
