awsome video man. could you do a tutorial on how to have it so a line of dialogue only shows up if walk into an area or if i pick something up etc?

i added this stuff in and it added dialogue to all characters in my game, but i set the condition to only go to 1 npc. then i deleted it but the error was still there, so i had to delete the whole mod to fix my game. what gives?
The construction set is unobtainable because of the wiki being down. Where is it able to be downloaded?
I was able to find it by searching for the elder scrolls construction set on Google. There was an archive page, I just did CTRL + F and searched for "Download" in the page and found a link to download v1.0.

This is honestly so stupid they never bothered to include this. Now we have to jump through all these hoops for some basic functionality. Makes me want to give up on modding these games.
It's just one of those hoops you have to go through to make something simple. The feeling finishing something after taking so much time into something is good though
