The baby bunny is so precious as well as the entire card. I couldn't have loved it more. You make me so relaxed watching your work and listening to your pleasant voice. You are my very favorite! Thank you for sharing.
As always, gorgeous card! And I so appreciate the 5x7” cards, my go to...just like the size most folks buy in stores. The 4 ¼ x 5 ½ “ cards that most you tubers demonstrate are more popularly used by the consumer public for Thank you or blank card sets. When I receive special occasion cards from friends who buy cards in stores, it’s always at least 5x7” cards. So that’s what I create most of the time when I mail cards too.
I love & appreciate how you show how you turn a mistake into a success. It give a novice card maker reassurance that we all make mistakes. Love this gentle card!
Such a precious card. So sweet. Your videos make me want to just keep practicing with water coloring. Maybe someday I can be half as good as you. Thank you for always sharing.
This was such a great video with so many little tips! Hard to believe that you made a card & you didn't like the shadows on it.... Joining the comments of others, would be very helpful to have a Beginners shadows video using watercolors/distress inks....please! As an artist, you can "see/visualize" a whole lot more than those of us who are not artists but do love to create nice cards. Would be nice to understand your visualization process. Thank you for ALL your first class videos...!
Hi Kristina, this is a gorgeous card. I love it! I also love the little tips you gave, firstly with the shadows and secondly with the glueing of the sentiment. It felt a bit “duh” on my part when you glued it and then put it on scrap paper so you didn’t have over run of glue on your card. I have been using my twitters to take away the excess but what you did is so simple and feels so obvious. I love you design ideas but I’m also loving those little gold nugget tips. Thank you!
So adorable ! And perfect timing for me : I have to create a baby card for a little girl (I'm a little superstitious and always wait after the birth to create the card and buy the present !). Thank you for the inspiration.
This is brilliant. I don’t want to invest in a bunch of markers, and I’ve not been happy with using colored pencils, but this is fantastic. Thanks so much!
You are such an organized artist...I love your techniques but have never been that organized LOL! Love you channel...been watching it for years now! Love love this design. I never thought about spraying the glitter on just the front of a base card...I have that spray glitter and have used it on embellishments but never the front of a card....thanks for sharing that tip and all of your tips...
Such a soft sweet baby card. Just love it. It is adorable. Also, thanks for including where you dropped your ink pad...that is something that would definitely happen to me. I spend a lot of time under my craft table looking for things that I've dropped. LOL.
Your card is so pretty and elegant. And i love that glitter mist. When i saw you put all the dark tones in on the bunny, I didn’t think it would look soft in the end and thought it was really dark. Wow, what do i know? But then i remembered watercolor dries lighter - and your card is sweet perfection! I don’t usually use ribbon either, but in this case, it was absolutely perfect! TFS! And, I always learn so much from you, so thanks!
Kristina, this card is so precious! Thank you so much for sharing, and for showing the shadow study again. I had forgotten all about that. Your tutorials/videos are always so informative, and they inspire me to be creative, and to try new things.
I love how you saved the card after having a boo boo - we all have mistakes. But you saved the card - that was great and it turned out beautiful. Thumbs up!
Yea!!👏. Another 5x7 card. I’m thrilled to see you doing these. And I don’t know if you know but really white ribbon is all you need because you can color a white ribbon to match any card with your Copics? I’ve done this and it works. Love this sweet card. Hope it’s ok to copy it? 💖💖💖
Beautiful card you are very clever, i like that you make bigger cards , here in Tasmania Australia i find that 4 1/4 to 5 1/2 are too small , so then do u make you own envelops to match please . Thanks Vanessa
Thank you so much for sharing how you do shadow studies! I have never felt confident about doing these things, and I hope you don't mind but I will copy your technique until I get it! Well...I hope to get it, at any rate
Such a sweet card! I love that little bunny. When you pulled out the ribbon I said oh wow she’s going to use ribbon. Then you said I haven’t used ribbon in a very long time. Lol. It looks great.
