    Do you know which fabric did u use?

    I want to use a jersey fabric. Do i use the same measurements?? Also i sewed this with cotton and the hight was a little too long. I also didn’t use the rotary cutter. Could that be why?

      Possibly! I would just sew it as is, try it on, and make any adjustments needed. You can always take it in, but can’t take it out so I like to always start by going a little bigger

    Do you think if i use a stretchy fabric I should size down at all?

    • @ElenaMarieSewing
      @ElenaMarieSewing  2 года назад +1

      Probably, but just to be safe you could always start with these dimensions and then just resew the perimeter an inch or two all the way around it’s too big. I believe there is another snuggle me tutorial and she gives dimensions for stretch fabric, so that could be something to look at and check as well ☺️

    What do you mean by non-stretch fabric? The snuggle me covers are pretty stretchy - can you help me find the right thing to look for?

      Awesome question. I found a cotton fabric I liked that didn’t have any stretch to it, so that’s what I used. You can use any fabric that doesn’t have any stretch and use my measurements. You could totally use a stretch fabric through, and possibly just reduce the measurements but an inch or two all around so it’s a little more snug and can stretch over. Either would be great

      I bought the actual lounger and then this tutorial is just to make a cover for it. You can find the lounger here: snugglemeorganic.com/collections/snuggle-me-organic-infant/products/infant-lounger-classic-natural

    Can you please upload pdf of the complete measurements template?

    • @ElenaMarieSewing
      @ElenaMarieSewing  2 года назад

      The complete measurements is a 23” by 34” rectangle with the corners illustrated by the template. Within the PDF, the corner labeled “top” should be placed on the longest side of the rectangle and the corner labeled “side” should be placed on the short side of the rectangle
