- En 2013, la Escuela Universitaria de Artes TAI acogió la única clase magistral que ha impartido el prestigioso director norteamericano David Lynch en su primera visita a España, dentro del marco del Festival RIZOMA. Una masterclass irrepetible en la que el director norteamericano abordó su proceso creativo y repaso su filmografía revelando detalles detrás de películas como Terciopelo Azul, Eraserhead, The Elephant Man o Inland Empire.

"The best thing I think is be true to yourself. Find your own voice. Be true to the ideas. As I always say, never turn down a good idea but never take a bad idea. Be true to the ideas. Be true to yourself. If you want to die the the death, sign a contract where you don't have final cut. But if you want to live a healthy life, never make a film without final cut. Why would anyone go to work on something they love and not have final control? He's a big proponent of TM. His TM 'sales pitch' is actually what convinced me to learn it. I've done TM for two years every day. I do love it, and look forward to it every time. But everyone should be prepared to discover that the TM experience is different for everyone. Exactly what happens with Mr. Lynch in TM is not a carbon copy experience for everyone.

Con respecto a Buñuel: Borges hacía lo mismo que Lynch, cuando le preguntaban por alguien que obviamente había leído, decía que no (nadie sabía sobrevivir a esa respuesta). Buena entrevista, buen entrevistado, y buen entrevistador. Un unicornio (solo con Lynch puede ocurrir esto).

Love this, as artists, its nothing short of a great inspiration.
Just like to listen to you again, every time I lock in my mind how you have approached art processes. One good thing I can listen on my smart phone and look at the screen and then look at and work on my project, at the same time. That's how I can listen to the same video over and over again and associate the concept. Maybe though, I just like listening to the voice and being transported back to age 17. 😁🩰🎶👌🙏💖👩🦳

Salvo cuándo dice la sobrina de Fellini y traducen la nieta (dos veces) luego dice "historia de amor" y traducen "romántica" y podría seguir. Los subtítulos son francamente mejorables.
@@hflq9370 todo es mejorable. Para mí, excepto algunos mínimos errores, son excelentes subtitulos.
Entre queriendo saber más de cine y salí sabiendo más de la vida. Un total genio
