    Such a lovely old workhorse! I lover this more than any other modified and restored example. somethings only original once!

    love gas reel mowers have a 1960 toro unit i believe it is a sportlawn model with a small briggs doesnt run at the moment will be taking it to shop at the end of the month

    It’s such a shame it’s being abused and not kept in good running order. These are fantastic mowers

      They are indeed great mowers. Not sure what you mean by abused? It had been left outside when I got it but now lives under cover and gets cleaned. Everything gets lubricated. Gets a sharpen from time to time. Always starts easy and will run all day.

      @@NathanWoodruff_OldMachinery glad to hear. If o could recommend, they don’t like long grass. When I do the lawn, I do a quick run over with the rotary first, that will also pick up all the stones, twigs etc that can damage the reel, then the cylinder.

      well if you want any help or info i am more than happy to help. mine wasn't running when i got it but i just needed to clean carby and replace a governor spring.
