No really thank you, been inching my way into CNCs for a few months now to aid with some projects. But before I dole out 2K or something on a machine I want to mess around a bit and get to grips with it all. Something like this helps a lot. If only just to work as a stepping stone in getting from some code in Arduino IDE to a real world application.

By mechanism he probably meant the writing motor, stepper motors are a little more generic than that.
Those are not DVD motors, but look like floppy disk (remember those?) motors.

you could connect a 3d pen (these often cost about 10 to 15$) and make some small changes to the servo code and add some wires and a code to override the button of the pen and you have a small 3d printer

Is that z-axis servo step - the dot - in the beginning part of firmware or is it gcode?
Wouldn't just setting the servo to 'up' position calibrate the height?

About the mechanical part, the assembly, would you have a CAD file with the specifications of each part? or at least a technical drawing of them?
The steel parts you used, what are they? Just angle steel bars or something else
One question. How do you "translate" the drawing into the data that is understandable to the CNC? As far as i concern, every printer require some sort of rasterising, or a rip programme.

Hey i want to make a cnc number printing plotter machine, problem is that, when i want to print a number using stepper motors then i upload my Gerber file when it works, but when i want to change my printing number then again go to pc, and chnage the Gerber file then upload, my work is not so great, i just want to print some numbers using stepper motors. so Arundio IDE have any library to without using Gerber i change my number from keypad and display.

Looks nice... Wonder why you didn't test printing on an actual DVD media. Also, there's any problem on painting? The designs were always lines, no figure was inked up.

I think this would lend itself to laser burning as the laser doesn't put force on the weak mechanism.

The 7805 voltage regulator is used wrong. There are no in- and output caps according to the datasheet

how come this project don't uses DVD Rom mechanism?? unless you're being extremely specific and have used CD ROM stepper drivers, you are using re-pourposed dvd/cd stepper drivers..
How to make digital printing machine for fabric using pigment colors .this all stuff in this video can be modified .but I don't know how .fabric should be fed threw Convair belt width as fabric width say 44" using two rollers and printing head move horizontal 44". To print one line then roller will take one step and move fabric ahead approx 1mm .how can we adjust steps of stepper motor used in this video I am new for this technology any help

I built quite a large 3d printer with basic parts from a hardware store.
However, I bought a stepper controller board, linear rails, trapezoidal screws,
nema17 steppers + drivers , from china.
Yep .. it is a crappy machine to look at as well, but it did do a great job.
So , looking at this allways brings a smile to my face.

Very accurate. If we use vynil cutter instead of pen it is possible to cut vynil as vynil cutter machine. If so . can u make a tutorial that cnc as vynil cutter plotter?
Yes you can use this as a *Vinyl (Not 'vynil') -cutter if you mount a knife and find a way to control the pressure.
How to control the pressure. I dont know well. Pls make a project of vinyl cutter plotter .

Yes, it will also have a much higher accuracy than this. But when I did it I just plotted 5 images and then it got boring, because there is no real use for a plotter. The only thing it might be used for is creating pcbs, but I haven't tried that.

The project is most definitely good. But it's not a CNC, but just a plotter. Will it handle a spindle?
