You can place a rubberband in the screw and then unscrew. the band will fill what's stripped and then you can zero them out

I bought one fell in love with it and bought another one this is an awesome product babyliss came out with yeah that's just the main thing you caught a bad one with the blade but it's a awesome to like I said as barbers you know we like to zero Gap make the lines real crispy

I am a recently graduated cosmetologist, but I plan to get good at barbering for kids… it sucks to be a Boy’s Single Momma and have to pay for all 3 to get haircuts frequently… cuz my 5yr old and 7yr old love looking “handsome” with a fresh cut… I was reading the comments and I usually do my research before buying my tools or anything in general… (I’m a lil extra on shopping) I have the Rose Gold clippers, Shaver and Rose Gold Metal Combs, just cuz I love the Rose Gold Color 😍 and been eyeing the rose gold trimmer (I have other trimmers because they didn’t have the rose gold in stores) if so thanks ☺️
These trimmers are still really good trimmers to have. Still one of my go tos.
Return them if you can. That happened to me on the screw and they replaced them with a new one

That sucks about the screws bro. I think babyliss tried to do what Andis did with the GTX vs Outliner blade but honestly the gold blade is not really a fine tooth it's actually right between both blades. Babyliss may have made something unbeatable with the gold FX trimmers in my opinion 🤷🏽
The gold trimmers were definitely ahead of their time. I think everyone who’s actually used them enjoys them. I have other ones but those just hit super nice when it comes to lining

Bro I've heard about that stripping of the screws.. I have the other two like you the gold and the silver. With the silver one I was able to find the fine tooth graphite blade which is basically like the blade that's on the gold fx. Man like you said those things get your clients crispy. I'm a barber 💈 as well an I've tried just about every liner there is and I rank these babyliss up there with the andis GTX blade and the Wahl detailers. They give very nice line ups. I had to actually take the blade off then zero gap it. But I love the design and will be purchasing more in the future. Rose gold is next.

Terence Millet works good man. I honestly prefer the gold for lining. But that may be due to me lining it up dam near perfect. I’m sure you can do that with the silvers tho

Haz Mat it’s a nice clipper. But if you have any one of that style clipper it’s the same. So if you have the gold silver rose gold or white they are basically the same clipper. Only difference I can notice is color. The black one has a different blade tho
