hello! I'm a late enrollee, so I naturally became an irregular student, but I was surprised to find out that my program does not offer summer classes. Are you aware if there is a law that is about or related to mandating a summer option in college? Thank you♥

Hi future Atty, I'm a new subscriber po! Sana mapansin, my friend po kasi is being bullied online by her classmates wherein she's being called names and some curses. She raised this po in the OSA of her school but the school said that the found messages on screenshots are mere expressions of feelings and not an offense. Our question po is, are found messages on screenshots considered as an act of cyberbullying even though my friend is not part of the GC where the messages are found?
