Who pronounce him healthy? Just because he’s in a gym doesn’t means he’s healthy. He’s clearly over weight based on his looks height and looks of size. I can only imagine what he’s actually eating and covering the exterior with weights/ lifting in a gym.

He really should take it easy. He is a strong man however your body cannot keep up with your brain. Light workouts is all he needs. My dad is the same way.
This is not true good people. There are bodybuilders both male and female in their 80s going harder in the gym than young people. Anybody’s heart can stop at any time. Look at all the teenage athletes who’ve had cardiac arrest and died on the court or field. Thank God for this quick action and equipment. Defibrillators should mandatory at all sporting events.
@@diwi5823 I have wondered myself how younger fit people end up having heart attacks. Even tho in good physical shape, they end up having a bad heart. A young Olympic ice-skater died from blocked arteries on the ice working out. Either diet or genes still play a large role in your health.

People are probably actually better than we think. We are conditioned to think people don’t care because the media constantly shows us videos of bystanders in big cities doing nothing. This is not how it is in my experience in more private settings or smaller environments.
Congratulations to all who help that man. I did a similar CPR rescue at a gym in 1997 where I worked in sales. He is still alive today. You guys did a great thing. You should get an award for saving a life. Thank you. Note: I was CPR qualified for 16 years in the military, never used it until the next year I got out. CPR videos help a lot but there’s nothing like in person training. Please if you can, find a CPR class near you! There are even some programs who offer it free for the community. The dummies that they use now are way better than years before and helps you see if you’re on the right beat and giving enough pressure to the chest.

Thank goodness they saved him. I was in the gym one day and looked down where the treadmills are and saw people gathering, there was an older gentleman lying on the floor having a heart attack. He had just gotten on the treadmill,however before he could even start it he fell face first on the treadmill and on to the floor. A nurse was in the gym and ran over to start CPR with chest compressions. Gym workers used their defibrillator until paramedics came, paramedics took over and tried vigorously to get his heart started, unfortunately he didn’t make it. What really disturbed me, was that the row of treadmills that the man fell in front of, there was a man on one and a woman on the other, they just kept doing what they were doing as if this man wasn’t lying in front of them dying. It was very 😢. I’m happy this man made it and is doing better. Blessings to the owners of that gym.
It is! And it doesn’t help that when you pull it down for a second to catch your breath, you have mask nazis yelling at you to cover your nose or you can’t workout. smh

This is the type of people we need in this world, not 1 person was videotaping the incident everyone was trying to help I love that....we need to stay away from our phone in a situation like this...hope this younger generation take notes, not everything need to videotape
Just back from my CPR certification class that I need before testing to be a personal trainer. Great timing, and so glad they had the knowledge, teamwork, and AED to bring him back.

Why did his heart just stop. All I can think of is maybe a bad diet. Idk but that's scary to think of it just stopped. And it's sad because he was in an environment where he was working hard to maintain good health.
It can happen to anyone - even young people who eat right and exercise have heart attacks while they’re sleeping and never wake up. It’s sad but it happens. Sometimes it’s genetics. That’s why you gotta live every day w/ no regrets!

Keto is a preferable diet for those already overweight and unhealthy because it seems like a dream. It allows fat people to continue clogging their arteries and boost their risk of colon cancer and heart disease due to low fiber intake. I am not sure if the extra protein will affect fat people though from the keto

Not all of them charge a fee .. In the town I live in you don't pay anything to use the fire dept, always been that way .
