The dummies that they use now are way better than years before and helps you see if you’re on the right beat and giving enough pressure to the chest.

He had just gotten on the treadmill,however before he could even start it he fell face first on the treadmill and on to the floor. A nurse was in the gym and ran over to start CPR with chest compressions. Gym workers used their defibrillator until paramedics came, paramedics took over and tried vigorously to get his heart started, unfortunately he didn’t make it. What really disturbed me, was that the row of treadmills that the man fell in front of, there was a man on one and a woman on the other, they just kept doing what they were doing as if this man wasn’t lying in front of them dying. It was very 😢. I’m happy this man made it and is doing better. Blessings to the owners of that gym.

    • @KrazyKrzysztof
      @KrazyKrzysztof 3 года назад +2

      @False Reality Slayer there is no way any human will function on a low fiber, high protein and high fat diet. Keto is a preferable diet for those already overweight and unhealthy because it seems like a dream. It allows fat people to continue clogging their arteries and boost their risk of colon cancer and heart disease due to low fiber intake. I am not sure if the extra protein will affect fat people though from the keto

    • @KrazyKrzysztof

      @Lou people who dont wear masks are already overweight to obese and have tons of issues rather than them getting issues from a flimsy ass cotton tampon on their face. The only time a mask is not feasible is when running
