Man once you start walkin em down like that, that’s the best feeling in kart racing. Knowing you’re the fastest and hunting them down. Boys lucky you didn’t have a few more laps.
I think it was probably a mixture of that as they heated up as well as generally building momentum/being closer to draft some. The draft was a massive factor that weekend.
Jacob McCormick nice run but study that a little bit, clearly your kart was alot better than they were, if you would have widened your line you'd killed it. Watch it again and do not let off until you see a yellow flag and that race is yours. Your lap time was 16.41 try this the next race out there, 1 push more on take off, a little higher line and maybe drop a tooth or the same ratio with a larger size front hub. And 1/2 lb pressure our both inside. See if you don't get 16.10s and high 15. Drive it stagger was almost dead on. But nice job dude!!
Nice smooth line on a wide open "super speedway" track. I like how u hit the same entry mark every lap and let the speed carry thru center and roll to the top on exit. You used the draft perfect. I think 2 more laps or or 1 tooth bigger on the gear and u win.
Thanks! I wish we had gotten me on the track more before this race. There were 2 parts in the race I shouldn’t have let up if possible and I think that could have made the difference. Guy who started next to me won this race, so I agree it was possible!
This one was a 2014 Millennium Impulse. We would have gotten it from Andy Keller at Keller Performance Center (he built the engine we ran in the race too).
Way to big of a track for these. Looks like you are going slow. I know your not but because of how big the track is.. makes you look like your going as fast as old people fuck

Nice run
Looks like a ton of fun I'd love to try it.

Looked to have a slight push center off . Actually looked to work to your advantage
Ponderosa speedway in Kentucky?
@@JoeDazier-t7l Yes sir.
That looks like a hoot.
Did your tires start performing better around the 4th lap?
NASCAR gokarts kinda awesome gotta admit
Where was the insanity?
Joe Blow, I think the race is called the Insane One.
Where did you get you go cart

Which country is it?
This is in the United States. I believe it was in Kentucky as well. They don’t run a lot of go-karts there anymore unfortunately.
good 'ol 'murican flat karts (in all seriousness though this can be found in the south-east along with the major edges of the US.)
“Insane one heat race”
Nothing happens. Looked like a clean race to me.
The feature race was called “The Insane One” because it was for $50,000. No insanity in this heat, haha.

HG tracks are boring to watch
Dozer FPV 901 unless you know what you watching and looking for. Got to be SUPER smooth. All about momentum.
Nothing boring about watching a good kart come in under a consistent driver. Go play Xbox or something and leave comments to your self.
