Thanks for sharing your link on my post on Facebook. There is a lot going on in this six minute video a lot of things I’ve seen in your build that I haven’t seen before. I like your window screens I currently use the gutter guards that have screens in them in my middle windows. Did you have a rear ac in your van looks like that space was utilized for your heater and tank. I’m going to have to watch the longer video to see all that you have done more in depth. Great job though. I likely will continue to use the eco flow pro 3600 w as a power source it’s been great the only downside vrs a conventional battery bank system is the benefit of being able to change out a single component in the event of a failure.

I'm building a Honda Odyssey minivan camper right now, thanks for the inspiration - lots of clever ideas here

Nice ! I've seen these "box kitchen/bed/seats " before. And you did a good job with building around it.

Dude, you may have set a new benchmark for what’s possible with a minivan! So many good ideas but I especially like the floor to ceiling curtains, the track material for the screens, and the heated water tanks. I have a heater bung in my rear tanks, but I haven’t used it yet. I’m going to post this video to my Community section.

how clever!! I love your build, I've always gravitated towards "gadgety" things even some of my jewelry is designed to be multi-purpose lol I think that's why I was so immediately attracted to VanLife. I'm going to be using this video as inspiration and for ideas on my own build, thank you for sharing!!

Amazing build! You implemented everything in ways I never would've considered! I love how your bug screen covers the open hatch! I haven't found another DIY that does that. I didn't see a separate video about how you made your bug screen and awning set up. Did you use screen spline sewn into the mesh and run it through the gutter connector on your roof? Do you have weights(maybe magnets?) at the bottom to keep it from blowing around? Bug season is soon so it'd be great to see a video featuring that and the awning, if it's not already in the works. Safe travels! 🧭

Thank you. Sadly, I have a posts about it on Instagram, but no video here as yet. My first screening post was December 16, 2022. My July 29th to August 4th 2023 posts show some changes, also one on the Kedar rail system. The screen is an outdoor patio umbrella screen, they're not too expensive if you look for deals at AZ.
A piece of screen also needs to be put below the bumper when the bugs are aggressive, or smart.
Yes magnets are key along the roof. The 80 pound super magnets that come with tiny carabiners and a ring. (not cheap at AZ) The bottom I just put a rock at the two back corners. If it's really windy the bugs shouldn't bother you anyway?
There are many details to cover and I'm a bit slow doing specific videos.

I'm tired of all the utube van builds. These people HAVE money. Homeless folks are dying.

      Yet here you are... 🤨
Do you realize many homeless live in their vans or cars? Many folks can't afford a place to live, but can afford to make their car their home. The beauty of a van build is you can spend as little money as you like. Wood pallets have been used well on more than one build I've seen. It doesn't cost a fortune. People can build what suits them.
Maybe stop watching van build videos if they cause you distress?
