I’ve been doing my gammon in slow cooker adding an onion, a carrot and an apple. It’s been a game changer although that is with a plain gammon. Love your channel. And this video is my favourite kind you do.

The proper cola chicken has other ingredients in it and it makes it taste really nice if you look on the pinch of nom site there will be a recipe on there
I'm not a fan of the cola chicken recipe, too sweet for me. I won't be bothering cooking gammon in cola again, I much prefer roasting it 🙂

If I cook gammon in the slow cooker again put some water in the bottom of the pot and then gammon in and leave it too cook for a couple of hours and I also cook pulled pork in the slow cooker too xx
We’ve been making the Coca Cola chicken for years since seeing it on Nigella. We turn the leftover liquid into a sauce. It’s almost like a sweet black bean sauce. Full fat Coke works best but diet is okay too. Usually dish it up with steamed veggies and some mash. Great vid as usual. So cool you met a fan 👍

Great meals as always ❤ I love gammon done In the slow cooker, at the end I drizzle honey and add some mustard and brown sugar on the top add to the oven for 20 mins to brown off and omg it's amazing literally goes all gooey and sticky and gives the gammon a lovely sweet glaze xx

Sorry to hear about your mum and Bailey, hope they both feel better soon! Your meals look lovely as they always do, have you tried gammon with a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar sprinkled on the top? Its really nice, you don't add any liquid because it makes its own, I turn it a few times and always splash myself!!! x

We add a few squirts of bbq sauce to beans and they always taste exactly like kfc bbq beans!
