Spinosaurus was bipedal. There are very few specimens that from which some have assumed that it was a quadraped, but it wasn't. For all we know they could be a different kind of reptile that's not a dinosaur, or they could be young or deformed Spinosauruses. The point is,, you can't judge an entire genus just because of one or few specimens.
