My heart breaks every time I see these highlights, I wish Golden State would have kept Chris Webber the young Talent they had they could have became a champion
As a basketball fan, the warriors trading Webber was probably let the worst let down I’ve ever experienced. I mean don Nelson trades rights to penny hardaway and three first round picks for him. He wins rookie of the year. He was the last piece on a incredible team that had speewell, mullin Owens with tim hardaway coming back. They make the playoffs and Chris Mullins calls him the best rookie he has ever played with. Webber complains that Nelson called him Chrissy as a nickname and he didn’t want to play center every game which is totally understandable. Nelson doesn’t like Webber’s attitude and sends him away. The next year Nelson is fired. Warriors were worst organization for over a decade after this debacle. But that warriors team even for a year was an amazing team to watch they won solely on talent. Webber couldn’t shoot outside at the time but he was such a dominant inside force much like Zion today. It’s too bad the owner of the warriors was too dumb to not keep webber and for Nelson. At that time, I’ve never seen such incredible athleticism from a pf. I mean a 6 10 pf who could run with guards and pass like a guard and finish with such force. I have no doubt in my mind the warriors would have been contenders every year for at least 5 years with mullin spree well and hardaway on one team. Webber place in the history books would have been rewritten, he was the final piece on a great team.
That behind the back dribble and dunk on Barkley was the clip used on the Barbershop commercial from the 90s, with the song Strawberry Letter 22 by the Brothers Johnson bumpin in the b-round.80s-90s hoops ruled!!!
Do people still think the Zion, RJ, Reddish Duke team can still beat the Fab 5??? Lmao!! Y'all have no clue how dominant Webber and Juwan and Jalen were.
Man C-Webb had the talent to be like a top 3 PF of all time..for some reason his career just didn't pan out like it should've. Injuries definitely derailed his career prematurely with the Kings but the Warriors were stupid to trade him..

C-Webb was an athlete. He is also the best passing PF of all time. That Sacramento team was fun to watch.
Karl Malone way better dummy.
@@PremierLeagueProductions , I didn't say C-Webb was better foo. Read that again.
One of the best power forwards I've ever seen play the game.
Totally agree.

Nice clips! I wish I had Golden State clips of CWebb. I'm working on a Washington Bullets highlights mix now
Damn remember when players stayed in school for 2 or 3 years and were actually ready to play in the NBA

He didn't even get to play with Tim Hardaway. Him, Spree, Mullin and Hardaway that team would've been unstoppable
Should’ve been a warrior for a very long time. But sadly, he and Nellie had no clue how to communicate with each other
It would have been a hard decision but I got to say Don Nelson whatever had to go
He was rookie of the year that year wasn't he? Or was it penny hardaway?
Yea ur right he was rookie of the year
CWebb
Where is Papa play by play??
Webber was Draymond b4 Green
Whaaaa?
Great clips absolutely horrible music!!!!
