After getting really out of shape due to personal circumstances, I was really down about how much my body change from being a young athlete. Was super frustrated when I tried doing workouts that I used to be able to do easily and then couldn’t even do 5 minutes of it. These fun workouts really helped me get back on track and I’m on my way returning to what I used to love! Thank you so much, you don’t understand how grateful I am for your videos

Bloody hell that was so hard omg. My heart is pumping after taking a few days off, I can honestly say that was really really hard but I'm proud of myself because I did it without stopping. Yaaaaaaaaay.😁
i loooove this routine, the aesthetic, the rest part and that i do not have to tell myself certain of my body parts hurts cause my body cannot fully take the exercises instead i just feel the normal pain i should be feeling cause i’m working on those muscles. great routine, AND INTENSE!! so b prepared to pray for ur life

Any advice to help with the side stitch? I need to take a break after 60 seconds max no matter how hard I try to breathe slowly / regularly. It happens during every workout that mainly consists of jumping but I'd really like to finish them. ): Nonetheless, thanks for the workout! I appreciate every single one.
its a sign that you havent drinken enough water before your work out! I used to get those but then started to drink a big hydroflask of water like an hour before working out and it works so well! Also controlled breathing- helps to breath in through nose and out through mouth. Hope this helps!
When clicking on that video I thought it’s gonna be fun. I find jumping jacks quite refreshing when doing other workout routines. Well... I made up my mind like 20 seconds in and I’m covered in sweat💀 And to my German folks: wie zum Teufel überleben Tanzmariechen das ganze Gehüpfe?!😟

These things kill your thighs and calves, but in a good way. I can go almost 5 minutes straight with jumping jacks. After that my legs won't function lol

jumping jacks don't destroy knees or shins like running can. You can always jump on mats to help the impact too
