@@kosarhedayati8773 a f u letter you write everything you would like to say to someone/something, without formalities and morals, just don't give it to anyone, then tear up the letter
the command letter you write decreeing something, like "sp, you're madly in love with me, period", "boss, you're going to promote me, fact", using words of command and authority

Flossie, you said that you sort of script it like you're journaling like saying what happened that day mixed in with your affs... If what you scripted didn't happen right away do you script the same thing each time? Like for example if I was to script something like "Today was so amazing, SP took me on a date today", then the next time I script would I write that same thing again or would I act like the date is in the past and script something like it's a different day? I'm probably overthinking this 😂 But I used to journal all the time when I was younger so I think it'd be a fun way to script, more fun than just writing out my affirmations that I already am thinking.

Ok, you’ve said to focus on the end goal. How would I affirm to get rid of moles? I can’t seem to come up with an affirmation that doesn’t remind me that I do have them! Any advice?

Flossie, can you do a video on why visualizing a reunion scene is not good in your opinion? What can go wrong with it? (I thought you once said that your SP showed up at your door after you pictured it in your head.)
It's because you're focusing on the "how" instead of the end result. Example: my coach said don't just visualize them asking you on a date because they could ask you out, but never follow through. Visualize the date itself.
Ok thanks, I get the idea, but to me a reunion would imply fulfillment. (I can’t imagine the relationship not holding.)
So if I choose scripting should I repeat my focused affirmations like on the tap counter and for the rest of the day I do scripting? Once focused affirm and once scripting?

Example when my parents or relatives say negative or demotivated speech
I say in my mind
" Negative comments? 😳 Never happened 😎😌. I am always powerful and fearless
When I doubt my Manifestation
I say
' limiting beliefs and doubt????
Never Can ruin or stop my Manifestation
Because I am more powerful than my doubt and limiting beliefs 😌😌😎"

This is literally the only thing that worked for me after a year of attempting to manifest money. The more I tried the poorer I got. I tried all methods. I realised that I needed to do what felt natural and not copy other methods, even writing letters is a method from coaches but I was still copying ideas from those videos. I didn't make it authentic, it never felt natural. If you are struggling, do what feels natural and from your heart without trying to do what others suggest. Be authentic, let it come naturally. I wrote this letter practically in tears I was in a bad financial situation for almost a year and I tried everything. I intuitively wrote this and received £5000 2 days later??!!
"Dear money,
I love you and I know you love me too. But I know that I have waited long enough for you to flow abundantly towards me. It is now time, NOW, for you to flow to me abundantly every day. No more waiting.
You are now flowing to me in large amounts. You are now filling up my bank account. You now flow to me constantly. You know how worthy and deserving I am to have you flow to me effortlessly all the time.
This is a command to you money, I command you to flow towards me daily, easily, and in large amounts. I command you to take good care of me now so that I can have the things I want and do the things I want.
I command you money to fill up my bank account continuously so that I can be financially free to be able to live the life I so rightly deserve.
Money, from now on I no longer need to ask for you or to affirm for you, I have affirmed for long enough. You now come to me easily all the time.
I love you and you love me too. I am allowing you now to flow freely towards me no matter what. I am ready and open to receiving you in large amounts - continuously.

@flossie I might not be remembering this correctly but once you get 3D confirmation/reflecting your affirmations (which you don’t need because you create the change it already exists when you claim it and persist) what’s the saying ? ..”Let it set into fact” ? look at it and be like oh okay this is true now. This is the new reality I shifted. Now i just let it SET IN ? I don’t remember but it’s something along those lines Can you possibly make a topic on this ? 🥺
