self-love regarding your appearance also makes a HUGE difference & is sooo important!! ❤️🫶🏻 if I'm manifesting weight loss, I'll affirm that I love my body no matter what, & if I'm affirming for my hair I'll also keep rampaging that I love my hair, & same with my skin "I love my skin" etc. The reason for this is that we are constantly bombarded by these beauty standards/products/comments daily so it's important to not fall into a hole of not feeling good enough if you don't look a certain way 24/7 🩷 I agree with Flossie that having a self concept for beauty overall is perfect & will help you SO much!! Here are my affirmations for how I was able to lose so much body fat after trying for years (I had the belief for so long that my body was putting on weight as a protection due to feeling so unworthy/uncomfortable being skinny, getting attention for being thinner than my friends/family, receiving compliments, so everytime I lost some weight it would gain right back 😭) the night I recorded these in an audio & listened to it I woke up the next day & my friend told me I looked a lot thinner 😻 (also complimenting my body made a hugeee difference to my self esteem too) 🫶🏻 (the affirmations) I love my body no matter what. My body is so beautiful, perfect, & sexy. I love my skinny & toned body. I’m always losing fat no matter what. I literally never gain fat. I am safe & protected being skinny. I deserve attention for being skinny & confident. I never obsess over my body or my looks. My worth isn’t tied to my weight.

Thank you so much Flossie for answering my question, after almost 2 years of discovering the law your answer made me realize that it's a fact sp is mine and I can 100% manifest him anytime, but I wasn't really erasing the old version of sp from my mind, and with Fu letters I would just express the problem but I wasn't really saying FU to the Chewbacca version, this made me want to make an appropriate fu letter to finally brake the relationship pattern that isn't working for me!
