H.E.B is a supermarket chain in Texas, like Publix or Krogers !
They took the headlights off that charger to save for another car. It probably had integrated strobes in it. Also sounds like a bad lifter wiped the cam out.
That's what I was thinking that the lights had the integrated strobes. They took them probably not just to use in another car but so who ever bought the car couldn't use them and impersonate a cop.
I didn't go through all the comments, but on the white Police Explorer the " I love my HEB sticker " is representing a large grocery store chain here in Texas.

That police Charger would be perfect for an UTE conversion. There’s a company out there named Smyth that sells kits to convert Dodge Chargers to pickups.
Questionable garage did that not long ago. Kits are there. Would be cool to see a newer one done

Alot of the Dodge Police Cars Were the Pentastar engines cause They Idle Alot, them Hemi engines will start to knock/tick after alot of Hours Idling

Taking on that scat pack would be a challenge (Not a challenger, LOL) and could be costly to fix but if it's done right... it could be a thing.
That dodge challenger i would buy it put in new wind shield and back window and replace the the screen and then take it to macco for repaint.😊
How wild that you found a G20 there. I just bought a 1995 G20 on July 3. One of 5 that I could find for sale nationwide. The seats in mine aren't perfect, but much better than those.

When you look at police chargers, if you look at the wheels if they’re the old-school steely with a bunch of round holes around the wheel, those are all wheel drive. The one you looked at with the different style wheels are not all wheel drive.

They probably pulled the lights for other cars of theirs with minor damage. Lights I believe have the strobes in them so I'm pretty sure they took the lights
On the charger police car. I would check on how many times it idled
Probably got 1500 hrs of idle time
The cop car, I think they had lifter ticks and bad value seats.

Awwww, the infamous pentastar engine tick. Valve and lifter upgrade should fix it up as long as no damage happened to the cam.
Ahh it was the Hemi's that suffered from the engine ticking issues. Due to oiling issues from extensive idling. Not the V6 Pentastar.

You don’t know anything. The v6 is a good engine although not a desirable one to car enthusiast. The v8 is desirable until it gets the hemi tick after that, goodbye engine.

Good morning Randy. The Dodge Charger Police Car is a good looking car even though it's got rearend damage. The 2017 Dodge Challenger 392 is a decent looking car with tornado damage.
Randy, when looking at old police cars it's not the miles so much as the idle hours. Some on the police units have an idle hours readout on the dash, looks simaler to an odometer. From what I've seen anything below 500 idle hrs is a good deal.

Sir, the damages on that car are all repairable with body work tools. I actually own them myself. I see no panels that need to be replaced. I would purchase it in a heartbeat. You are looking at $3,000 in repairs and lots of elbow work cleaning it. You may want to reconsider your choice and get this Scat Pack. Good luck my Friend.

Had my hemi do the same thing, turns out a piece of the motor broke off and fell down to the oil pan. The bottom of the piston carrier was smacking into it. Solution, brand new hemi motor.😢
If that scat pack is cheap enough I would just replace the glass and send it

I bought a 2000 Ford tarus last year. Ac doesn't work, power steering is off and on. Guess the mileage............120,000. Body is rough but inside is great.
