- This is an easy almost candy like looking version of a watermelon.
Sorry it has been so long getting things up, I keep losing my voice. Finally went to the doctor. Started up some allergy medicine, hopefully that will help. Хобби
Sorry to hear about your mom being diagnosed and your wrist. I hope you are feeling better and I'm sending lots of positive vibes, thoughts, mojo and prayers for your mom.
Thank you so much for the kind words. 😊
I love how all your cane tutorials are very simple and easy to do! Most cane tutorials i'll watch are a bit too complicated when it comes to the layering.
Thank you so much
absolutely love it! I'm definitely gonna use this technique in my watermelon charms this year. you've gotten amazingly creative with your charms over the years, keep up the great work 😀
Thank you so much
I REALLY miss your tutorials! Hope you upload again soon Heather =)
My mom was diagnosed with stage 3 Cancer, and I fell and hurt my wrist. I hope to start filming again in a couple weeks.
I'm so so sorry to hear that. Having had cancer run through my family (my grandfather, aunt & great uncle in just the past year) I completely understand. Take care of yourself & your family we'll all be here when you come back. *sending prayers & positive vibes your way

Ohh, I remember you:). Thank you so much for your kind comments. I am just now trying to catch up. Now that I am starting to draw and watch tutorials on RUclips
I just love watching you make charms lol. Its worth the wait!! I really need to write it down on a sticky note to attend your other channel. I have four kids ages 11, 14, 17, 18 so were busy lol. Thanks these watermelons are very nice!!!!
Thank you so much
So Cute!
Thanks :)
That is so kool!!!! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you
Hi Heather, it's nice to see you again. I just thought that I would add to what you had to say about Triple Thick. I have been buying and testing every glaze, varnish, and top coat that I've seen on the market for use on polymer clay. I have tried each product on each brand of clay including Sculpey, FIMO, Cernit, Kato, Premo, Super Sculpey and Pardo. I found that different clays act differently. Although most clays are made of the same basic products some do act a little different. Even after testing them all I found that in my climate (hot, dry, desert) I didn't have any problem with stickiness. I think to find out more, the same tests should be done in a more humid climate. Something else that I noticed effects the finish is if the clay isn't completely baked before glazing it. That will also make it sticky. I hope this helps. Take care, Dee😊👍
Thank you so very much again!!! I hope lots of people read your comment
🙋🏼Hi Heather, I'm sorry to hear about your Mother. Cancer is a nasty disease, that effects so many of us, me included. I hope it's a form of cancer that they can do something about. You'll be in my prayers. I look forward to seeing you soon. Take care my friend, Dee😊👍
Thank you so very much for your kind comments and support. I hope you have been doing well.
Love this
Thank you
It seems like My RUclips is acting up lately I haven't been receiving your videos in my Subscription feed! Plus it's been unsubscribing me from other youtuber channels including you! Do you know what might cause the problem! Excellent detail as usual hopefully in the summer I might be taking clay more "seriously" i have a question with such large quantities of clay that your using and making large batches, what do you do with em? Additionally now that your not selling, and as well Clay is quite expensive how do you manage? As a student, I have a pretty small budget along with my necessities, and my life products. As always super cute! It's super hot where I live, and I really want a watermelon right now! Hehe
I am sorry I missed this. Did you get into clay? I guess even once I stopped selling, that I still thought in terms of producing in batches. For people that wanted to sell their clay items. It is expensive though. Thank you so much for your kind thoughtful comment
i loved

Hi! What do you use to edit your videos?
I use a camcorder to film, And Sony Vegas to edit.
At some point I would like to upgrade to a Mac, and use their editing program.
+Heather Wells Awesome! Thank you

The texture on them kinda reminds me of those sour watermelon gummies >u
The clear glitter without sparkle it perfect for gummies. I did that sometimes
🙋🏼Hey Heather, how have you been. It's been a while in between videos. Is everything okay with you? Are the kids okay? I miss seeing your videos and I get concerned when I don't see you on here in a while. I hope all is well with you and your family, and that and that something more serious hasn't kept you away. Take care my friend, Dee😊👍

@@roykoopa4real I went back to working full time and just didn’t have the energy to film and edit. But now that I am watching more RUclips while learning about colored pencils, I am finally reading comments from when I was gone
Seemed to skip forward there quite a bit at 3:50.
When did you bake? 😢
When I completely finished, this only bakes one time.
Thank you.
Hi Heather! I was wondering whether you'd be interested in doing a polymer clay Indian food collab. I've already filmed a video on a South Indian dish called Pav Bhaji and I'm planning on uploading it soon!
I am sorry I missed this. Thank you so much for asking me
someone has stolen this video Heather. I can't remember their username but you can find them by searching watermelon tutorial.
Thank you so much
I can never do canes
Bro same
Canes do require the more firm clay like Fimo or premo. I hope you were able to do the one you liked
Heather Wells
