Love it so much~! the colours just go so amazingly well together! I've seen the bracelets of these on crafty amino and I must say I'm in love with them 😍
+Railuxe Ann Thank you so much!!! I really like the colors too. They are one of the first foods I ever made with polymer clay. They are a good learning project :)
My favourites are the spogs (those puck shaped ones with the pink or blue sugar on them) because they're the only ones that don't taste like black licorice
+Jasmine Johnston lol.... Those are the only ones I eat. I didn't know what they were called, but I used to pick those ones out, when we would get a box at Christmas.
Beautiful and super easy, thanks! I was wondering what you do with all the trimmings left over? There must be a lot of wastage with bits of different colours that have been mooshed together and become pretty useless unless you want to spend ages trying to separate and save them... If there are some kind of candys or whatever that can be made out of them, perhaps you could do a tutorial on what to make with the leftovers (just an idea).
+jerramy I need to do scrap videos lol... I will sometimes blend them into a solid color before they become too hard. The pink and black make a pretty grey. I was thinking an elephant?
I absolutely LOVE your faux food/candy videos. I'm late to this craft, just learning. You mentioned TLS, what is it please? Thank you for sharing your creativity ❤cat xx
+wolvznart hmmm.. I am not good at creatures yet... I am open to ideas though. I am glad you like my voice :) My brother has a great voice too. He started his own pod cast. :) Maybe Calming voices runs in the family? ericsguidetoancientegypt.com/
+Susan Grimshaw Thanks for asking :) I just liked it better that way. When the black was the same thickness, I thought it didn't look quite right. Just trial and error.
When I aways see your videos, you are aways perfect, full of stock, and everything you could possibly be good at, I'm like O.O HOW? Heeh.although clay in Canada and any craft materials are pretty expensive now it's like $5 for 1 packet of clay. Whimpers. Do you have any advice? The craft store I use is Michaels, but awesome video! As I said so perfect, lol.
+Fairy Lights I tend to wait for the 40% one item coupons from micheals, and I extend the color by mixing with 1/2 transclucent. I heard Polymer Clay SuperStore is good. I am not sure if shipping would be okay, or expensive.
That makes a lot of since, I went to Walmart to get clay for the very first time and they only had sculpt bake shop and I ordered a biscuit mold I seen on eBay. Decorating phone cases is what wanted me to get into the miniature bake goods because I seen this case and it had the biscuit / rectangle cookie dipped in Choc with sprinkles and I did it perfectly lolo. But anyways the clay would not come bake out smoothly it was very stringy. So my daughter said she had clay but it was the air dry kind so I mixed thos two for an ice cream scoop and it worked!!! I can't wait to keep making these awesome items and by the way your work is AMAZING 😄😃😀
+Heather Wells here in the netherlands it is so usual to eat them. in Dutch we call them 'Engelse drop' ( English liquorice ) you love the taste or you hate te taste, I dont like English liquorice, only the sweet Dutch kind of liquorice haha :)
+Syed Ash (Beyond Accessories) My son and nephew were in the background the whole time I was filming. :) I am good. Looking forward to getting some housework done. I finally finished making the guinea pig cage. If I can get the house work done tomorrow maybe Saturday I can research images of fruit and fruit platters :)
Oh that's so sweet..! My brother recently bought a couple of Guinea pigs n they r adorable...!! He gave them back to the owners n now I miss the cute sounds they made..

Cute!
Fantastic! Could you tell me why you put two layers of the same colours, why not just roll out one depth, thank you xxSue
+Susan Grimshaw Thanks for asking :) I just liked it better that way. When the black was the same thickness, I thought it didn't look quite right. Just trial and error.
Great tutorial! Would these be okay to sell with them being a name brand thing and copyrights?
+Danika Miles Thanks for bring that up :) Actually, there are many companies the make and sell Allsorts, so in this particular case it is safe :)
+Heather Wells okay, thanks so much!

That o e was probably a silvery II mixed with a lot of premo translucent to strengthen it

+Heather Wells O.O Thanks! I search more into that polymer clay store! :)
what clay do you use for most of your work?
+Brittany Sowle I use Premo primarily. Sometimes I use Sculpey for color, but I make sure 1/2 the mix is always Premo to add strength
:)
