Hi RankMath, I just created a redirect and I did every step outlined in the video but the page is still showing even though it shows in Wordpress that I created the redirect. Does it take affect immediately or do I have to wait before it’s live?

On Google Search Console, I have some old urls which I need to delete(Page with redirect These pages aren't indexed or served on Google), on Rank Math redirection settings I chose 410, so Google will delete these urls, I chose also to redirect to the Home page but instead it displays the error message on that page: " Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location." What should I do to redirect the old urls to the homepage. I've tried 301 and the redirection worked, but I don't want to use 301 option since it's not advised to do so in my case. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you!

Can the logs be deleted after the redirection is done? They appear in 404 logs with "view redirection" option.
