This makes it so that the bb is already in a tight, firing mode before the piston hits the cylinder head. The problem though is that it will have to work perfectly in tune or else the timing will be off and your shots will double, or even triple feed.
the nozzle is opening before the piston gets to the cylinder head, creating a huge amount of air loss and an extreamly low fps, even considering you have shortstroked it.
@Mjarf88 incorrect, if youre inteding to push past 45 rps. You can go ver 70 rps with this thing _reliably_. The gear pulls the piston back twice per one revolution, meaning that if a DSG gun is running at 50rps, the piston is under the same stress as in a 25rps full stroke setup, because the speed of the gear actually spinning is divided in half. Thats why this is so revolutionary.
The tappet starts getting pulled back before the piston is all the way forward. Is that supposed to happen? This could cause a loss of seal and fps issues as the BB is leaving the barrel.
@GrayArcAirsoft No, not at all...the video shows RiotSCs Gearset, that produces an awful ROF... A delay chip will only result in better feeding in normal setups, and in FPS-drops in the setup in the video
@sacr3 Are you trying to troll me or something? This is exactly what he said: "As mentioned in my previous post, I feel the spring constant were to low and the ROF was to high so the piston didn't have enough time to return before the next cycle starts." put that on the google and you'll find where he says that. ;)
@Mjarf88 Yes there is compression issues if you dont know what youre doing, but here's and example of what you can achieve. /watch?v=Lk61EXhUK1o No such thing as overkill. ;)

Yeah but if you look closely the nozzle is being pulled back before the BB fires, which is why it works great in semi auto, but terrible in full auto.

just one probleme ! the piston is not syncro with tappet plate ...
Frustrating isn’t it aha
not a problem; that's how it works
@@silvergoldengun2747 not with me because missfeed bb
I have heavy weapons guy, And this is my gun.
It cost 24 dollars to fire this for 12 seconds.

air nozzle shouldn't leave before the piston head slamming into the cylinder head
Why is there a little piece of rubber at the end of that spring guide tho?
@Maekiii You have to be logged in to see it, so open it in memory cache once you find the google result if you want to see the whole thread.
So... twice the firerate and half the power?
Its safer to go with a high speed gear set and short stroke the piston sector gear rof is improved slight loss of fps but hey full auto is cool

Well that's quite obvious. But the spring strenght that you are supposed to use for this to work isnt what you see in this animation.
It's same affects as short stroked 7 teeth on piston and sector except it's double that with 2 cycles in one turn.
Era realmente o que eu estava procurando ,obrigado !
@Cougar545x39 In fact we do, the person who actually made this animation is a friend of mine and he said so.
@Mjarf88 Yes there is compression issues if you dont know what youre doing, but here's and example of what you can achieve. /watch?v=Lk61EXhUK1o No such thing as overkill. ;)
and trouhgt a dual sector gear it works faster ...right??
yep but for the same power you have to use a "bigger" spring
@Maekiii As we have no information about the gear speed, your statement is pure speculation.
@Maekiii Nice try, the other guy is right. You have no information about gear speed, so your statement is pure speculation.
wowowowowow
depends on what spring
Im hoping the replace springs with inert gas filled pistons
eehh i dont see that being very good
@Forshledian Piston return speed IS NOT realistic in this animation!!!!! Thum up this comment for everyone to see.
Holy shit, have you seen how many comments you've left? LOL
