I've been a fan of Charly ever since the day he joined Chelsea. I actually bought a Musonda kit in 17/18 after his performance against Nottingham Forest, he's always been a special talent and is one of those players who excites you everytime they touch the ball. He is a true professional and is not only a footballer I have looked up to for many years but also a person I have looked up to. After he was told by Cech he wasn't getting another contract at the club he offered to play for free, he truely loves the club and didn't want anything else other than to step on Stamford Bridge and make his family and us, the fans proud. It breaks my heart I'll never see him fulfil his potential at Chelsea and the journey at the club is going to end but despite all his setbacks and struggles he has always kept going and believed in himself, he's been out of the game for 3 years and has struggled with so many injuries but he's done everything in his power to get back and he will be back. An incredible baller who I wish nothing but the greatest success for and I will follow him on his journey throughout the rest of his career with high hopes. Forever a Chelsea man at heart, an inspiration to me and someone who I idolise in so many aspects in life. Can't wait to see him back on the pitch again soon, wishing him nothing but the best. UTC

Charly is such an inspiring story for all the love he developed for the club and all the heartbreak and injuries that have twilighted what was always going to be an exceptionally promising career. I remember closely monitoring his progress in Real Betis and he genuinely played some great football. You could see that he had the raw talent and would sometimes just glide past people like they weren't in his way, and albeit he still had to refine his skillset and decision making, his development trajectory was looking really promising. Then he made some great steps towards recovery and under Conte, he actually got some chances, he gave an amazing assist against Brighton to Victor Moses, he also torched Notingham Forrest in the Capital One Cup, but then more injuries and everything that happened this year with him not getting the chance to even show up to the behind closed doors game with the internationals coming back... Keep fighting brother, maybe today with all the injuries, you get to play against Brentford and have a farewell moment with the fans. May God bless your career and give you the opportunity to enjoy football again.

For me I have always check you on RUclips and love your style of playing..... I'm heartbroken seeing you leaving chelsea..... Be good to yourself and always getting yourself motivated from your idol Christiano Ronaldo....
