Well actually u can download an apartment. I recently did so. I created 4 families. The only thing to make sure to do is lock the doors. It was so annoying when the single guy would just walk in one family apartment and eat and take showers.

Вы всегда можете с помощью мода tool выделять для себя интересующие вас сборные предметы и сохранять их в своей библиотеке отдельно :)
@@insims слышала про этот мод, но не знала, что там можно сохранять группой! Спасибо 😌 надо точно скачать)))
Сам мод, конечно, сохранить вам не позволит, но вы можете с его помощью интересующий объект (группу) перенести в пустую комнату и уже ее сохранить)

They appeared quite a long time ago, even in the base game there is one. Check the ceiling decorations

I don't use any filters or reshade, it' trees from debug

My white colored houses in Oasis Springs always look so brownish... How do you have such nice lighting?:(
I make large windows and I am always careful to choose the sunny side. I also use interior lighting to accentuate the outside light
