Hey tood thanks for the video but it didn't work out for my a 13 it made the hard power off but didn't work by the volume up & power key to open the reset factory is there any other options??

I don't know but you can ask any technician who does unlocking.
So how do you just do a hard reset not factory
Does'nt work! When i press 2 buttons on the rightside together the screen shows speaker switched of! there is no way to change this modus. Switching phone is not allowed without a password 4 numbers and on letter?

If you use boost phone for one year then you can get it unlocked for free by calling their customer care
I'm trying to figure out how to remove the password, where I don't even need to use it to access my phone. Is that possible?
If you know the existing password then yes, just go in the settings, look for the option security, click on screen lock and there select NONE.

How to change the language of my phone
Their should be an option in the settings to change the language

PLEASE DON'T BITE MY HEAD OFF...I locked myself out of my phone after recently changing my password and because I use my phone for EVERYTHING like most of the world, A HARD RESET WAS NOT AN OPTION!! I logged onto my Samsung account on my computer and did a remote unlock and it took me more time looking up alternative options than it did for me to log in and hit unlock from my computer. I LOST NOTHING IMPORTANT, I just had to reset my security settings. It's just another option.
