Wayne, helpful lesson. I'm going to see you tomorrow at the Bluegrass Ramble show in Columbus Ohio. Hope to meet you for a moment if there's time. I'm a two and a half year player, but very active with a local jam group. See you tomorrow! If you see this, and there's anything special you wish someone would bring for you (a salad? a smoothie?) I might be able to make that happen.
Thx so much for offering to bring something to the Bluegrass Ramble! I feel like a meal will be provided at the venue itself or I'd sure take you up on it. Come by and say howdy for sure. See you soon....
@@waynesworldofmandolin3616 I sure will. In fact, I stopped by the venue this afternoon since it's near my house., and I jam there weekly. It's a very nice medium size shaded stage with a big nice shelter for the audience and some trees, and a barn with the green room in it and other activities. You were the main attraction for me in buying the tickets, plus I wanted to support the Bluegrass Ramble radio show.
Awesome!!
😊
Great lesson Wayne!! Thanks for sharing your thought process in constructing solos to a vocal tune. Outstanding!
Thank you Davey. This is one of my favorite bluegrass standards. Stay tuned for more content showing up in this playlist....
I think it’s Dan Tyminski Amanda Linsong

This is great! I also really like your mando strap, what’s the brand?
