FIRE PUMP How to turn off and on a electric Fire pump

This video demonstrates how to turn off a electric Fire pump by turning off the circuit breaker first and then the isolation switch. Then to turn it back on you go in reverse order and turn on the isolation switch first then the circuit breaker second.

Circulation Relief Valve is installed horizontally. NFPA 20 says the CRV “SHALL” be installed vertically and must have its own drain piping.

Hello question, if my isolating switch is broken, can I use just the circuit breaker to shut the whole pump off?
