@k4srf462 Great informative video with a clear explanation 👍 My question is in the My view of my Account when I go to Entitlements or Download its empty? No software/Why is that ? Or do I need to do anything else to find it?
If one wanted to use the R7 on analog FM (25 kHz bandwidth) UHF amateur radio repeaters, would wideband enablement be considered an entitlement and would this be an extra charge? Thanks, KC5UNU
This is very confusing. You are saying you can get it for free but then you go to entitlements and that is where its at because you have purchased it before or something. I do not understand.
Confusing yes. It is free, but it's also called an "Entitlement." This is a Motorola thing. There are some Entitlements that you have to pay for, but this Entitlement is at no charge. Entitlement is, again, just a term Motorola chooses.
If the purchase of the CPS was the only thing holding you back on purchasing a Motorola Radio, check this video out.

Yes it would, but there was no charge for this entitlement. (At least when I did enabled it.)
@@K4SRF Cool, thanks!
I created an account and I don't see "my view". Nor do i see it on your screen. I watch the cursor go up and click on nothing. Help.
Contact Motorola and they can navigate you through it.
@@K4SRF Isn't that supposed to be what you're doing with this video?
I don't get that screen with the repairs etc when I login after creating the account.
Contact Motorola for information. They might have changed something.
@@K4SRF hey I figured it out. Thanks!
@@theoriginaljimmykicker Glad to hear that.
@@theoriginaljimmykickerhow I’m trying to do it
