    I’m glad I found another way to learn how to factor. The way that you explained it made a lot more sense than what my math teacher was explaining. Crazy how we learn different ways. Plus Im a visual person so this has definitely helped a lot.

    When solving for 3x^2-15x you said 6 was our number.(at the 5:04 mark) Where did 6 come from? The way you explained -4x+20 made sense to me.

    I'm 80+ years old, so I'll just use the old alternative method. Set 3x^2-19x+20=0 and use the quadratic formula to solve for x=(19±11)/6=5 or 4/3.
    Thus (x-5)(x-4/3)=0 and we can multiply by anything we want such as 3 to obtain (x-5)(3x-4)=0, which are the desired factors.

    The method we use on my college to factor trinomials is by trial and error and LMFAO, it's horrible. This is so much better and the solution is actually the same as with the previous method! Thank you so much Brian

    my class is a flipped class, which means were on campus some days, and we do online stuff the other days. My "professor" is absolutely terrible at teaching, and the videos we have to watch at home are so boring I remember nothing that I "learn"

    My teacher told me to go back to my og seat and then called me up to the front of the class and said that when I can factor a trinomial then I can design the seating chart
    I can sit wherever I want now
