Cholesterol is the backbone for all steroid hormones - including estradiol and estrogen. What makes him think it's all going to go to the hormone he wants? Further, the reason Cholesterol isn't a vitamin is because your body creates all the cholesterol it needs. It's why vitamin C isn't a vitamin in dogs, it's not in their natural diet in sufficient quantities. It's also why dogs cannot become Hypercholesterolemic from eating cholesterol - its abundant in their natural diet and therefore their body can easily deal with it with no ill consequences - unlike us.

going to start instead of sometmies eating eggs for breakfastonly a couple times a week, have it daily, any tips to make boiled eggs taste better besides salt and peper
@@jadensouza8509 I eat 3 or 4 scrambled eggs cooked with butter at each meal, and I eat 4 meals a day. I use butter because it's better than seed oil and tastes better too
I eat 3 to 5 dozen eggs a week. I normally fry them with butter or bacon grease. At 48 I'm in better shape than I have been in 25 years
still doing it?
Are 1960s eggs equivalent to modern eggs though? Chicken eggs fat composition depends highly on what they eat. Modern day chickens diets make them like little seed oil concentrators lol. I did some quick googling and it appears soy began to become popular in the 1960s, so without doing some deep research it looks to me like eggs back then would be lower in linoleic acid. IMO that could change the outcome. Hope you're at least using "free range" eggs for that reason. (Not that free range is actually a natural chicken diet, but it's better than being fattened with soy meal.)
Really looking forward to the results on this one
I have been craving eggs and always add more yolks, there are so many ways to make them, my favorite is in brown butter. We have a chicken coop which really helps out, I still bought a box of 60 eggs to make egg and bacon salad and egg muffins.
I tried 12 eggs a day and i ended up with high blood pressure. Be careful man.
What kind of eggs? Yellow and white together?
“I’m going to eat 30 eggs a day for a month and see what happens”
One month later: (turns into Jay Cutler)💀
Damn bruh 🤣😭😂
Loved this video.
Would also love to see you do a 30 day carnivore challenge with before and after bloodwork.
My man with that jawline looks like a Logitech mouse
i love you man. your videos so helpful.
I am so amazed every time I tune in to your channel! I am anxious to see your results. Doing the carnivore diet with just meat and butter with a triple dose of Carlson's Fish Oil a day.
Guys the full video is already out on the channel!
Guys wants you to subscribe with credit card just to read his blog post. Hilarious.
@@sohewouldalwayshaveafriend5480 just do it and post your results here or DM me - I train weights a few times a week I’m down to try it for sure
You should eat 3 eggs a day for testosterone support. Anything over 6 eggs is probably diminishing returns.
I'm subscribing and I'll wait for the video
Bro can you just post it without subscription 🥲
Eggs are healthy!
Vince also recommended that you drink them raw as a shake between meals as opposed to actually eating them and that was in addition to your normal meal plan. Not just by itself.
Im eating 5 eggs a day. But this is some new level:)
I love eggs, I try to eat them every day. I thought 3 was too much for a meal… maybe I’ll start eating 4 😂
4 is more than enough for me. If I do a big workout then I might eat 6 but not more.
I was having 30 eggs a day for 10+ years when I was competing in bodybuilding, worked well for me
I want to see the results! This is fascinating!!!
Imagine going to the hospital with a 3rd degree burn and they hand you a carton of eggs
Not the right reasons to subscribe, but I find your voice comforting and kept staring at that amazing jaw line. I watched a couple more of your videos, I have learned a bit and I did subscribe. Thanks. I am sure I will learn more.
That’s a hardcore carnivore for ya. Great idea!
I need to see this video
Edit: it’s been 2 months, what’s up with the video?
D
Seriously wtf
Dr. Chaffee talks about how dietary cholesterol does not affect your blood cholesterol.
haha this will be interesting. i’m drinking mine in my bone broth right now! not 30 of course.
Great idea! I'm going to try that. Need to ask the butcher for some bones. Probably beef as that's what sells most. What do you use?
Quite the Gaston, I see 💪💪
Gaston Nationalism! :D
Very informative. Appreciate the enthusiasm. Keep ‘em coming .

been eating eggs every single morning for 3 years. First year started with 2/day and ever since then 3/day. Nothing changed in terms of negative effects. No other food gave me so much energy and keep me full throughout the day. In terms of workout, reaching protein goals is just easy af
Am so rich I eat : 900 eggs a month..
Wait what?
In Japan 12 eggs cost like 3 dollars. So less than 10 dollars a day. And ofc - he saves on not spending on other food.
@@alexforce9 if you live close to a farm you could even get it much cheaper. i pay €3 for 30 eggs which i could get about 6 to 10 eggs for in a supermarket.
@@Luc-1991 That’s a great price. It’s $7 here in Canada for a carton of 18 eggs.
The study found that eating three to four whole eggs per week was associated with a 6 percent higher risk of cardiovascular disease and an 8 percent higher risk of any cause of death.
This is why I always carry a matchbox Lighter, buttt its not practicaL😅🔥🔥
Can always rebrand to: how I developed an egg allergy in two days
I don't think you know how allergies work
@@wan2shuffle I don't think you know how humor works
@@wan2shuffle some people can develop an allergy to eggs from eating too many for too long a period of time. It’s usually an allergy to the white of the egg.
Iv started to eat 4 boiled eggs and a tin of tuna in the morning everyday with a protein drink and let me tell you, it’s working. Never used it breakfast as I didn’t have time but making the time. Adding an extra 71g protein is brilliant
im a woman, i used to be serious about bodybuilding. i was eating 30 eggs a day and my body looked so tight and nice, full muscles and all.
now im only eating like 10 eggs a day, still got a decent above average gym goer physique.
eggs are awesome.
what else do you eat
Chickens and my wallet left the chat
I am curious to know what your personal experience has been. Please do a follow up video on this.
Remind me
Eat 36 eggs a day? I'm in. Now have to decide if they will be broiled eggs, raw eggs or cooked eggs. I'm also filming my next music video
what did you do
Bro just take steroids instead of banking on a 50 year old study on burn victims.... That's a bit ridiculous
boooo. lame. he should take steroids after his egg cycle.
You should try the knees over toes garage strength training video, if you workout legs try that plan it’s amazing for leg day
yes, we need cholesterol for other bodily synthesis like cell membranes and testosterone. As far as I know, an egg has the highest cholesterol among any other food. eating 30 eggs a day is just too much and you are likely to ask for trouble. I always thought your content will shed a new light to our current generation, but not anymore.
Current generation drinks a 1000 grams of sugar a day. Youre worried bout some eggs?😂
@@spacekees102 Ah sorry, spaceGod grandpa, I thought we are talking about cholesterol here not sugar? I have enough homework for today, if you want more info about excess sugar intake, do have a look at some research papers.
@@wotto749 Ah sorry Jessie, snowflake. Your generation is triggered about everything I forgot how you woke people and cancel culture are afraid of cholesterol but embrace the soy latte and estrogen from all that soda. Thats probably why your hormones are out of wack and your mad at everything. Since you think you know everything why bother doing homework huh? Highly inflammatory HFCS is not the same as "sugar" know the difference.
I havent double checked this, but I think Gironda was specifically talking about fertilized eggs as well
