Howewer this engine is based on Busso project engine, he was the father of many Alfa Romeo engines and mechanics, after Fiat group bought Alfa, all Alfa's projects were shared with the other brands...also Maserati
The 8C has THE sexiest best sounding exhaust note of any care made! As Mr Clarkson said: "some cars have tuned exhausts and the noise they make is as fake as a hookers smile, but this sounds fantastic!". I couldnt agree more.
You can hear she's an 8 cylinder. She has that growl, but it's so much more refined and elegant compared to the brutishness of those in muscle cars. And she's quite a looker as well. This is, imho, one of the most beautiful cars ever made.
Recently, my friend had an errection problem... As a good friend, I suggested him a therapy which consists of watching this beautiful, godlike creation in all its glory... The problem was gone in 3:46 minutes ^^ @neoneo18... Magnificent...beautiful...thank you for this video...it's a reminder why I'm studying mechanical engineering hopefully to make a future in the automotive industry. Cuore sportivo!!!
i feel sorry for every other car brand.....this Alfa 8c is drop dead goegeous and is a timeless design that will always look amazing.hard to top . as for the driveline, engine etc..... not the best out there but who cares. it's sounds sensational and is raw.
It does NOT sound like a Corvette-it's obviously a V-8, but it has a much different exhaust note. Much, much cooler. This is one of the prettiest coupes ever built, along with the 3rd generation RX7, IMHO.

So the left part of the logo is the "family crescent" of this knight that killed the large serpent. The right hand side of the logo shows the serpent and what looks to be the crown of this knight. If you look closely the crown actually looks like the handle of a sword. The same sword that was used by knight to kill the serpent.
This car is just pure pornography in terms of external appearance, and as for its sound, I can not even imagine the right word for it to be honest... I think it is not making it justice to say that it sounds brilliant, fantastic, awesome, exquisite, marvellous, astonishing, extraordinary, groundbreaking, and a million other words. Even these all grouped together do not make it justice. Just an EPIC piece of design really...
Sounds so gorgious compared with cheap American V8s. I have S2000, Miata and RX8, but none sounds so great as this toy. (S2000 sounds great as $ cylinders though......) Hmmm......I want this!!!
