I wish we did not choose Aura and went with a frame with internal storage because we gave it to a family member in a care facility with bad wifi and without constant internet connection the aura is useless. Is there a way to download all the photos to move to another brand of dram option?
Why are you looking to download from a device without internal storage? If you have the link to the photo folder meant for your Aura, you should be able to download the pictures directly from there.
What concerns me is that if the company goes out of business the frame becomes completely useless since it doesn’t have an internal storage option. Since you’re allowing unlimited storage you’re just eating the cost of that. Which is awesome for us but I’m not confident it’s sustainable for you? This would’ve been an instant purchase on the 15 inch if there was also an SD card option. I would’ve used the cloud service but it would’ve given me piece of mine.
Hello, thanks for the review. With regards to video playback, do videos need to be 30 seconds or less or the frame will play the first 30 seconds of longer videos? Thank you!
@BNJ53 The frame will play the first 30 seconds of the video. You can add one that's longer, it will just get cropped. It will automatically select the first 30 seconds, but if you go into the app you can manually select which 30 seconds of the video you'd like to show.
@scottt9382 The touchbar works the same on all the models currently available. You can use it to change photos, turn the frame on and off, play a videos sound, see E Label information, and activate the drop down menu.
@javier01 No, not all. The Walden has a matte finish. Here's a link to learn more: www.abt.com/Aura-Digital-Photo-Frame-Walden-15-inch-in-Walden-Ink-with-Textured-Mat-AF110MBLK/p/198196.html

Thank you. This was a really helpful intro to someone like me who doesn’t have a great deal of technical knowledge

Am I right in thinking that these frames will link to my apple account and display my entire photo library without uploading them into the app?

I successfully installed the Carver. I used my smartphone. When I clicked on the A on top corner, I didn't see my home page. Can you help me?
Do need a computer to use this or is an iPhone capable of downloading the photos?
@ogadlogadl490 You can do everything from an iPhone. These are extremely simple to set up and use. They really did a terrific job with the interface.
@@abtelectronics TY for the quick response, will watch some more of your videos in the background of life to support.
...not even a short walk through on how to operate them (?) - curious if the slidebar, etc. operates the same

Would I be able to upload my photos from Google Photos?
Hi. Are they all shiny screens? Or are any of them matte?

@@abtelectronics awesome thank you! I ended up purchasing and I love it. Was a perfect gift for my wife for Mother’s Day.
Can I upload my pictures from my computer? I have higher quality pictures on my computer.
