I really appreciate that you're just using a pencil and a sharpie. Feel like a lot of people get hung up on "oh, I need this pen and that pen and this pencil to make my art amazing!" when you can make good stuff with simple stuff
Thanks, I try to keep the stuff I use simple for that exact reason. You don't need to spend a fortune to create art, the good stuff is good and makes things easier but can still achieve great result with normal equipment

I’ve been practicing with your videos and decided to start a traditional leg sleeve with my own drawings! Got the first two done just yesterday, a dagger and a rose. I’ve gained a lot of confidence in my own artwork thanks to you

Thanks for the vids! I recently bought your how to traditional brush set and haven’t had as much a chance to use it as I would like, but have skimmed through and absolutely love it. I am super excited to go through the tutorials on my new IPad Pro..I did do a freehand Panther following your instructions and wound up having a client want it and tattooed it in Black and Grey, so thank you so much for helping fairly new tattoo artists like myself grow and learn the traditional style, which I never really cared for in the past, but now find myself not wanting to do any other style, lol..Thanks so much, brother! Cheers and be safe! Highly recommend the How to Traditional Set by The Broken Puppet, it is truly a beautiful set and learning tool.
THIS IS AWESOME!!! For 3 or 4 years I've wanted to design a chest Rockabilly style swallow tattoo, but of a different bird. I had no idea where to start. This is going to help me no end! I'm finally excited to get designing!
All of them are beaufitul, it is so nice to see an artist create. However, I will definitely get a tattoo of the first one drawn. It might sound silly, but in my opinion a little detail like the eye just give it a more brave and confident character.
HELP! WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE?! I’ve tried a few and they haven’t been right for my brush markers. The markers either won’t blend or they bleed. Your paper seems to work very well! I’ve been building my digital portfolio and need to do some paper work. Your videos are a big help!
HEY! Puppet, you think you can maybe Christmas theme traditional tattoo designs (Christmas trees, reindeer, presents, snowmen, pin-up girls wearing Christmas theme attire, ETC.) ? I hope you respond soon.
They are called winsor and Newton brushmarkers, can get a really good 48 set. Copics are really good aswell, bit pricey but they are pretty much available in most countries I believe

do not go to a tattoo school, from everything i've researched they're money grabs. Just build a portfolio and get an tattoo apprenticeship

Also the set includes a traditional color palette which contains all the colors for the project, and i am gladly plugging this product..Fantastic buy.

I was in the Navy for 5 years and I traveled 30,000 nautical miles while I was on my deployment so getting 6 swallows is going to be a task😅
