Got a few requests for this and roses are used in loads of traditional tattoo designs in various compositions so I thought this would be a good video to do. I have been a tattoo artist for about 6 years now and these simple rose designs have never gotten old I still use them all the time so its well worth learning how to do them. I just wanted to go really basic on this drawing tutorial and do the kind of rose tattoo designs that anyone can learn. Hope this helps!
Here's the template I used in this video if you want to print it out and have a go -

Then pens I use to line these up are Zig Millenium Lining Pens, you can buy them here:

I always wondered how my tattooist drew roses so quick and look really good.. Thanks a lot for this :-) drew one in literally 2 minutes

This is what I've been looking for. There are so many people showing how to use procreate which is super neat but I don't have a tablet pad. So I'm trying to get my drawing skills up to a point where I can draw something that I can then stencil and tattoo. without any technology. I could just get a printer and trace and stencil but I'll watch all your videos and I'll get back to you when I have drawn something worthy.
    Thanks from New Zealand

Roses are so awesome. I must have about 12 roses tattooed on me most implemented into girls hairs, owls, one on each of my hands! They're just great, thanks for uploading this!

Great channel Gram- appreciate having you as a guide in keeping it super traditional and way old school. I would love to know more about tattoo placement neo sleeves look cool but I am a fan of the old school sleeve. Any tips on unfolding an arm into paper to decide what tattoos fit where. Ha I sound like such a square. Anyway thanks Gram
