The biggest flaw with Tomlin teams is they consistently play down to competition. They usually play well against good teams but they also allow bad teams to hang in games that should be glorified bye weeks.

Vrabel deserves elite. With one of, if not the most injured team in NFL history he has led them to 9-4 and the #2 seed in the AFC. Over 90 different players used this season. Plus this is his 6th NFL season with a winning record in a row.

As a Seahawks fan who lives in the Seattle area I know maybe 2 people want Carroll fired the rest want to see a better offensive line and defense. Most people think we want him gone because nationally the 2 worst record teams in each conference all ways have people asking to fire the head coach.

I still think he's going to want to get his own QB to run his offense similar to what he had in San Diego with Rivers and in Indy with Luck/Brissett/Rivers. With how well he's done this year basically changing his entire philosophy I'm excited to see what he can do when he gets back to what he wants to run.

The same logic you used to put Bruce arians as indifferent should have been used on Pete Carroll. He hit on some picks a few years in a row back around 2011 and has been riding off of the greatness of those players ever since. The Seahawks win inspite of him not because of him.

Wyatt I think you should rank coordinators like offensive and defensive coordinators. Because the coordinator is way different then the head coach. The coordinator mostly calls some plays and I think you should do a offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator tier list.

There a saying about good coaches from the distant past. They said it about Bear Bryant in 1960 and Bum Phillips said it about Don Shula in the eighties: “He can take his’n and beat your’n, or take your’n and beat his’n”. A good coach can be competitive with what he has.

That's a great point. What has LaFleur done to be elite that McCarthy didn't? He's made it to the conference game, which McCarthy did many times. Not saying LaFleur is bad, but he ain't elite yet. Also, McCarthy won the SB, and many other great head coaches, like Reid and Harbaugh, have only done once as well.
@@pineapplesforever1753 The packers were 6-10 the year before Lafleur came in. They then go 13-3 every year. He has an innovative scheme that get guys open at the best rate in the NFL by far something like 54 percent
@@celticsfan1554 Yes, they were 6-9-1 that year, but they had the same amount of success with McCarthy seasons before. McCarthy went 15-1. Aaron was not healthy 2018 either--he was playing the season with a fractured leg he later revealed. Believe me, they would have easily gone at least 11-5 if Rodgers was only somewhat healthy. Fleur got a healthy Rodgers, which Rodgers is 80% of the team.
When they faced the 4-4 Chiefs this season w/o their precious Rodgers, Fleur got his ass whooped by Reid. An elite coach would have won that game or at least scored more than 7 with that offense.
No sh*t they have the most open receivers. They have the best route runner in the NFL, Davante Adams. Defenses have to double or triple cover him as well as send more men to rush Rodgers because of his ability to keep plays alive and allow time for receivers to break free. That leaves lots of single coverage, which is why they have the most open receivers.
Furthermore, when Fleur was OC for Titans in 2018, their offense--with King Derrick Henry--ranked 25th overall. Ouch. The reason he got hired was because he was McVay's protégé. Fleur hit the jackpot because he got teamed up with arguably the most talented QB EVER.
Verdict: Rodgers carries Fleur.
