I agree. The shame is that everybody needs to select the best player but the French team is strong because of them all. Everyone you mentionned had a big part in this game. This is what we call a real team. They are a bunch of friends, respecting each other and this is a lot more valuable than electing the best player...

I know every volleyball team hugs after each point, but you can tell France is just a team that can't keep their hands off each other. The way they communicate is so intimate and cohesive. It's hilarious that they just visibly can't stop talking to each other in between points (to the point that they sometimes miss a serve just because they can't just up), and whenever they make switches or have a break, they have so much body contact and talk with other players off the court. Just a super tight team. It's like watching couples. The super tight ones may not be all over each other all the time, but the ones that just can't stop touching each other and talking to each other, are likely very very tight.

It's more fun when it's about who cheers the loudest for their team rather than booing the other team.
