Kinnathappam is a sweet made out of rice flour, jaggery and coconut milk. its having a soft , mouth melting structure.
Ingredients
Rice flour 1 cup
Coconut milk 4 cup
Jaggery powder 2.5 cup
Water 1 cup
Channa dal 2.5 Tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
Ghee or oil 4 Tbsp
