I get curious about these things because I work in public health- but not currently anything to do with food- and because I’ve been sick from contaminated food (just say no to potlucks). Anyway, according to the Food and Drug Administration, you can keep hard-cooked eggs in the refrigerator for up to seven days after they have been cooked.
I started my weight loss journey in early January at 220 and am down to 154. I can't believe it! I'm on track to reach my goal of 150 by year end. I'm so proud of myself for finally making the commitment.
Since you've been down 50 pounds for about 5 months are you still trying to lose weight? Or are you taking a diet break and just trying to maintain the weight that you've lost?
Jill, these are my favorite videos because they really helped me lose weight! It had taken me so long to get out of 240 lbs and then was stuck at 220 lbs! Since I started to do what you do and used your ideas I am now down to 202 lbs! My goal is 190! Im almost there! PLEASE don't give up!
I buy Rao’s at Costco when it’s on extra sale and that’s the only time I buy it. I buy 10 jars at a time and it lasts me until the next time it’s in extra sale.
8 days? You leave cooked eggs in the fridge for 8 days? It’s like eating 8 day leftovers. Four days max!! Yikes!!

Great job on your weight loss journey!
I like the idea of cutting the turkey sausage into chunky pieces makes one piece seem like more. I love videos like this! 👍 👌 🦋 🦋 🦋 🦋
You make creating videos so simply when it's so hard!!! ❤ You truly are so talented and made to be in front of 📸!!!❤
Rao's is too expensive for me. I tried it once but went back to my Classico which I think is better for me.
