Honestly, this mod is actually pretty impressive. The cinematography is really good, most of the coding and story-based events are very well made. Everything but the writing and voice acting is pretty damned good, especially because it was made by ONE dude.

The funny thing is: based on signs throughout half life 2's city 17 sections, city 17 is in Russia, so the accents are pretty accurate to if the resistance were made up of people from the area originally.
I always kinda imagined that the American accents were because the combine had mass relocated populations. Breen's loudspeaker speech in the beginning: "You have chosen, or... Been chosen, to relocate here." I imagined that many American workers had been forcibly moved to Eastern Europe, either because the people in the region were almost completely wiped out during the Seven Hours War, or just because the combine had in turn relocated the Europeans somewhere else. Mass forced relocation of people is a tactic that's sometimes employed in genocides and oppressive regimes to demoralize and alienate people, making them easier to subjugate. If they're not fighting to free their homeland, they don't have as much reason to fight. I know it's just a headcanon thing and the actual reason is for voice acting logistics and to make it more appealing to an American audience, but I always thought it was kind of a cool, plausible idea in-universe.

Honestly, aside from voice acting this mod doesn't look all too bad. Level design is mostly good. It reminds me of classic Half-Life 2 mods from 2004-2006. Cutscenes are mostly done nicely. And unlike other trashy mods it has no fucking ear rape. Therefore it's a great mod.

В титрах указаны некие Руслан Гоффман и Адам Оренбургский. Как по мне так они русские или хотя-бы из СНГ.
Это административное дело, а в административных делах доказательства не нужны, почитайте кодекс об административных правонарушениях и вы там не найдёте презумпции невиновности. Соответственно если на вас оформлено административное дело - вы должны доказывать что вы не виновны. Поэтому таки а где ваши доказательства?
