Would you still recommend this? I am drinking one i got for free online-just ran 3 miles and I am borderline diabetic.I drink tons of water and of course
pee alot but feek like I am dehydrated all the time

I’ve had some of the worst tasting products since i’ve been working out in the last 10 years.
With that being said, this is absolutely the worst tasting powder i’ve ever had in my life. They have a horrible artificial flavor and coat your mouth in this gross slime.
