They are sing two classic Turkish songs - one called Aman Doktor, and then second one is Konyalim. both are popular today still in Turkey and they are well known by Anatolian Greeks and their descendants to this day (Greeks who lived in Asia Minor and Anatolia before the population exchange of 1923). The Jews of Rhodes sang in Judeo Spanish and were heavily integrated with the Ottoman Turkish and Greek cultures. There Judeo-Spanish Castillian in fact absorbed quite a bit of Turkish and Greek. When the Italians occupied the island, most Jews learned Italian quickly and became admirers of Italian popular culture.
