This just popped up on my feed, but I'm a guitarist, and I really like the "Custom" speed feature. I sometimes use it to work on getting something up to speed in x0.5 increments.
Of course, a metronome is also useful for that kind of thing, but if I want fine control over the speed of a recording, that's a good feature to use on the fly.
