This really captures the feeling of the original composition. Piazolla was an Argentine composer, and so the arrangement captures a Latin flair whilst still maintaining the original melody. Definitely a definitive version of this piece.

I’ve always loved this piece and this is one of the best ways I’ve heard it played! Like when you do some parts really delicate but then you go back to the bouncier way of playing, I dont know how else to describe it. All I can say is that I’m very amazed!
I cannot imagine how difficult this song must be to learn, the musicality and dynamic in volume must be so hard to achieve. Also the sudden short tempo shifts are so difficult to grasp.
You eventually get used to them. It gets easier the more piazzolla you play xD by now, after 4 years playing/listening to Libertango I can play the 3-3-2s at any tempo by heart lol xD

It just really feels like it should keep going. That ending is just so abrupt. It's an absolutely staggeringly beautiful piece of music though, and you play it so well. I find myself watching this video a lot as this is actually probably my favorite rendition.

What a great piece and an amazing performance. Reminds me of the style of classical composers such as Chopin and Liszt (especially towards the end) but in a different genre.
I actually really like this kind of music, probably my second favourite genre after classical music overall. This tango actually reminded me of a piece I used to play a some time ago and I am motivated to start re-learning it after I get back home, it’s called ‘Cubana Cubana’ by Makism Mrvica and the piano version is really amazing. Maybe You could play it sometime in the future :) Anyway, thanks for uploading these performances and letting so many people discover new music aswell as being so interactive with the community. You always manage to make any day better with your upload :)
